Car rental pick-up at Nuevos Ministerios:

Coming from Nuevos Ministerios Train Station, take the exit "Calle Orense". Turn right and continue the street "Calle Raimundo Fernandez Villaverde ". The second street is "Calle General Moscardo". Turn right and you will see our Sixt office on the right hand side.

Return information:

Enter the parking in front of the Sixt office, right next to the Nissan shop. After taking the ticket for entrance, park the car in any free parking lot and handle in the key with the parking ticket to the Sixt office. For Vans: Please park on the signed lots "reservado", directly on the left hand side behind the parking entry.

Despite of the crisis, Spain remain one of the most important manufacturer of cars in the world. Spain obtain in 2010 the eighth place behind China, Japan, USA, Germany, South Korea, Brazil andIndia.This year, in the period between January and May the pruduction increased almost 1.2 percent with 1,1 million vehicles produced. The most important increas is noticed in production ofindustrial vehicles, with 28% cars more than in May in 2010 and also SUV cars increased 14%. A big part of production, almost 89% of vehicules is exported to other countries. Keep up!
Alsothe sector of renting the cars is experienced increasing demand. According to the National Enterprise Federation of Car Rental (Feneval) the sector of renting will grow up 3% in 2011. Demand isgrowing higly during the weekends, holidays and special events. It is rented almost 20% cars more. The profile of customers who rent in these times are families and groups of friends between 25 and 35years old.
