We were on our honeymoon trip to France, and we e-mailed in advance stating a preference for a BMW 1 series convertible, rather than the equivalent alternatives. When we arrived, the polite and friendly lady who processed our transaction was extremely knowledgeable and made the arrangement so simple and quick it was a real pleasure to deal with her. She had received our request and had organised the preferred car, which turned out to be a really super choice, it was everything we were hoping for and more, a pleasure to drive. The return was equally simple, and we had the feeling we were dealing with a really knowledgeable and polite team. Great job, it made a big difference to our holiday, we had such a great experience with that particular car, and I have already recommended this depot to friends. Well done to the team there, they should be commended.
