"One thing that I see with most car rental companies is that the information I give when booking on line is transferred to the actual contract. In this case, I was told the contract had started at 9:00 when I specifically requested 15:30 when I booked on line ! I wonder sometimes if booking on line really is worth it. One other comment, is that I never seem to get the car I request. I did not want an Opel. Other than these common issues, the service and staff were very good at Sixt."

"I had some trouble with the navigation system, was unable to get airport locations and feed them in as a home location so it would be easy to return the car. This resulted in me driving around for 30 minutes before finding the right route manually. I suggest the airport locations be pre-saved in the navigation system so it is more convenient to customers. Overall a good first experience ...car was nice, service at counter was good, will definitely ret with SixT again."
