"I was delighted with the service. Travelling with young children I wanted to be sure that the car seats I had booked would be available. Although you were a little more expensive than your competitors,I was happy to pay the money, knowing that I could depend on sixt to provide the car seats, when I had booked them. This is, of course, exactly what happened. I would not have been so confident of other (cheaper) providers. Incidentally, I found that you were very competitive on price in respect of the hire of the child car seats."

"a compliment for the employee who gave me the car. It was ready waiting for me just at the exit. They were prepared that i was coming! And when i returned the car i was a bit late for the plane. This same employee was busy with another client but interrupted for a moment and said "give me the key i will handle everything needed" and i was on my way in 10 seconds again. First rate customer service. I will say this also to the employee next time i will see him "
